The first deliverable is never a mood board. It’s a referenced script. Primary literature decides what the animation shows.

KOL ≠ patient ≠ investor.
Different audiences need different registers. One asset rarely serves all three and we’ll tell you when splitting is worth it.
03 · REVIEW EARLY
Changes at animatic, not final.
Three review gates (script, art direction, animatic). The animation gate is where we’ve already absorbed your feedback.
